POOL MEP & PUMP ROOM ENGINEERING
Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing work for residential, hospitality and commercial pools—from circulation and filtration to water treatment, heating, cooling, safety and controls.

ONE COORDINATED SYSTEM
MORE THAN EQUIPMENT
A pool performs properly when every pump, filter, valve, treatment unit, heat exchanger and control is selected and coordinated as part of one hydraulic and electrical system.
Flow, head and pipe routing based on the approved pool design.
Pumps, filters and treatment chosen for the actual duty.
Clear access for valves, filters, chemicals and maintenance.
Pressure checks, commissioning and operating guidance.
COMPLETE TECHNICAL SCOPE
The final equipment schedule is selected for the approved pool volume, usage, hydraulic design and site requirements.
Duty-selected pumps move water through suction, treatment and return lines.
STRAINERS • VALVES • MANIFOLDS
Sand, media or cartridge filtration arranged for effective operation and practical cleaning.
FILTERS • MULTIPORT • WASTE LINE
Automatic pH and disinfectant dosing with probes, flow cell and controlled injection.
PH CONTROL • DOSING PUMPS
Salt chlorination generates disinfectant in the circulation line; pH control may still be integrated.
SALT CELL • CONTROLLER
Heat pump, heater, chiller or heat-exchanger solutions selected for the operating requirement.
HEAT PUMP • CHILLER • BYPASS
Control panels, timers, interlocks and equipment protection coordinated for safe operation.
PANEL • SENSORS • PROTECTION
CONCEPTUAL WATER PATH
A simple overview for clients—the final hydraulic layout follows the approved MEP design.
Water enters through drains, skimmers or overflow collection.
Pumps provide the flow required by the treatment system.
Filters remove suspended debris before treatment.
Water chemistry and disinfection are controlled.
Temperature is adjusted when the project requires it.
Treated water returns through the designed inlets.
Overflow pools may also include a balance tank, level control, make-up water and overflow-specific hydraulic details.
PUMP ROOM PLANNING
A clean layout is not only about appearance. It supports correct operation, safer access, easier fault finding and practical maintenance over the life of the pool.
Selected and coordinated for the approved hydraulic design.
Included for overflow systems where the approved design requires them.
Allow individual components to be serviced where required.
Planned for the final room conditions and equipment.
Space is maintained around filters, pumps and panels.
Supports, connections and services are organised for the installation.

PLANT ROOM PROTECTION
The final installation is coordinated for safe operation, practical maintenance and applicable project requirements.
Treatment chemicals are segregated, labelled and contained with safe access according to the final system.
Room ventilation, floor drainage, washdown and sump provisions are coordinated for the approved space.
Suction outlets, grilles and anti-entrapment provisions follow the approved hydraulic and safety design.
Flow meters, gauges, level and temperature sensors are included where the system requires them.
Mounts, supports and flexible connections are selected to limit transmitted vibration where required.
Pipes, valves and equipment are organised, labelled and kept accessible for operation and servicing.
AUTHORITY & CONSULTANT COORDINATION — Final layouts, safety provisions, equipment data and approvals follow the project consultant, applicable authorities and manufacturer instructions.

WATER TREATMENT PLANNED FOR THE PROJECT
WATER TREATMENT
The treatment method is selected according to the pool, usage, operating preference and maintenance plan. We configure the equipment so testing, dosing and servicing remain clear and controlled.
Probe-based pH control with automatic disinfectant dosing where specified.
A salt cell generates disinfectant in the circulation line; pH control can still be included.
Dosing and salt are selectable solutions—not equipment that must always be installed together. UV or ozone may be considered for defined projects.
YEAR-ROUND TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The correct solution depends on pool volume, target temperature, operating hours, indoor or outdoor location and available plant space. Equipment is selected after the project requirements are confirmed.
Efficient heating and selected cooling options for suitable applications.
Cooling solutions for projects with defined summer temperature targets.
Hydraulic separation and material selection according to the water system.
Isolation, flow proving and temperature control coordinated with the plant.
INDOOR POOLS — Ventilation, dehumidification and condensation control are coordinated with the building HVAC design.

HEATING • COOLING • HEAT EXCHANGE
ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION
Control logic is coordinated with the mechanical system and final electrical requirements.
Organised switching and control for pumps, treatment and temperature equipment.
Operating schedules and equipment sequences aligned with the intended use.
Flow proving, overload protection and dry-run protection where required.
Status indication, remote alarms or BMS integration can be included for selected projects.
Accessible isolation and emergency provisions according to the final design.
Electrical safety coordination by qualified personnel to applicable requirements.

A disciplined sequence keeps equipment selection, installation and commissioning aligned.
Pool type, volume, usage, plant space and existing services are reviewed.
Flow paths, balance tank, duties, pipe routing, drainage and controls are coordinated.
Technical submittals and suitable pumps, filters and treatment are prepared.
Mechanical and electrical equipment is installed with access for servicing.
Pipework, controls, circulation, treatment and temperature systems are checked.
As-built records, O&M guidance, operator training and maintenance options are provided.
